Delegates will undertake a self, 180 or 360 emotional intelligence assessment and will be coached through their results and identify an action plan to further their emotional intelligence. The assessments can be repeated at a further point in time to understand improvements and potential future interventions.

  • The INSIGHT programme is an emotional intelligence training course delivered through a GENOS certified practitioner coach using worldwide recognised GENOS assessment methods.
