At Questline we know that the development of leadership skills and the growth in emotional intelligence can be much more impactful if the journey is shared with like-minded peers as well as an expert coach and facilitator. We believe in the power of effective leadership through other leaders. Our approach throughout our group workshops encourage collaborative leadership, collaborative thinking and experiential learning, with challenge and support from like-minded peers as well as an expert facilitator.
We offer a variety of group workshops to suit the different needs of a team whether it be team building, action learning sets or a tailor made workshop to address certain topics particularly relevant to a team’s development needs.
Emotional Intelligence Assessments and Psychometric Assessments are a particularly powerful way to find a common language within teams. They are popular as part of team building days to encourage meaningful and productive communications amongst the team and foster a culture of collaborative working.
Questline can also design team building days/retreats focusing on particular topics to spark new ideas and conversations amongst teams.
We can also design and run Action Learning Sets. These specialised workshops are led by our accredited Action Learning Sets Practitioners and bring together a team or a group of people to discuss workplace issues and challenges with the specific intention to finding actions and solutions.
