Why is Awareness & Insight so important within Organisations and Teams?

We believe that awareness is the key to unlocking fundamental change – If we are not aware, how do we know what areas require focus, attention and effort.

Raised awareness and insight are often an effective starting point for organisations, individuals and teams before embarking on change or transformation and can lead to greater outcomes.

This is why Insight is one of the Questline Focus areas.

  • Regularly stepping out of the ‘mission’ can Improve decision making by allowing leaders/teams to maintain perspective and clarity
  • Identifying and applying focus to developmental ‘blindspots’ can enhance communications, relationships and overall effectiveness
