Questline's principles in Emotional Intelligence and Leadership

Developing staff, in particular leaders in an organisation is at the forefront of organisational priorities. Organisations want to ensure their staff are equipped with the right set of skills to be the most effective and want to ensure these are continually developing and evolving as they progress within their current or future roles.

When looking at effective leadership, the key skills required are often on a human element: authenticity, empathy, assertiveness, resilience, visionary, positivity, confidence. Emotional intelligence underlies this set of skills and forms a fundamental part of leadership effectiveness.

Our Insight programmes start at £750 and focus on the development and enhancement of emotional intelligence.  Get in touch today to book a free consultation and no obligation quote.

How to Develop Emotional Intelligence in Leadership

Contrary to some beliefs, emotional intelligence is not innate, it is a skill that can be learned. But there is big difference between learning this skill and applying that learning to real life and real problems. The most powerful way of developing emotional intelligence in leadership is therefore through experiential learning.

Leaders first need to understand their strength and weaknesses in emotional intelligence, focus on particular skills to improve and put this into practice with constant reflective learning and feedback to better refine them.

Our INSIGHT emotional intelligence programmes start at £750.
