IMPACT is a versatile and flexible leadership training programme which is aimed at any organisational leaders with people at the heart of their operations.
The programme takes a peer-group of leaders or an individual leader through a developmental journey to explore where and how they can make more of an impact in their roles. The programmes are bespoke, designed to fit around the requirements of the sponsor/delegates whilst drawing upon the latest Performance Coaching and Action Learning principles.
We build momentum through experiential development, where delegates are actively encouraged to share real-world interferences, working together to understand causal links, design solutions to enact within their areas and reflecting upon the outcomes.
This double loop learning approach, allows the individuals to gain greater insights into assumptions and beliefs, raising awareness and deepening their understanding of what might be done differently beyond simply resolving an immediate problem. The ripple effects from the programme can last beyond the partnership, creating a sustainable positive impact within individuals, teams and the organisation.
