Are you struggling to work together, manage change in the workplace and grow as a team?


The COLLABORATE programme is aimed at developing the whole team to manage change at the workplace through a blend of individual and team coaching approaches.

The team may be facing new challenges which they are struggling to overcome or may have recently restructured leading to some lack of clarity on roles and how to best work together. The demands of external stakeholders may have changed a team’s remit leading to some misunderstandings in objectives, KPIs and a requirement to manage change in the workplace. In these circumstances, coaching a whole team rather than the team leader can be an extremely powerful and sustainable solution for an organisation.

A typical programme consists of a 360° exploration with our trained experts focussing on the team and its external influencers using Team Connect 360™. This will be followed by targeted coaching sessions to understand the information and working with the team to decide as a group the main pain points and priorities to focus on in future workshops.

Throughout the COLLABORATE programme, the team will explore:

  • Clarity on what the team is there to deliver. Objectives/ KPIs
  • How to best work together
  • Identification of perceived interferences and actions to overcome
  • How to improve collaboration within and outside of the team
  • How the team develops effectively and learns sustainably
