Well, this is the philosophy behind our blog which aims to take a light hearted look ‘behind the scenes” on how high performance culture is created and nurtured – but not from the usual angle of the main man/woman/team (again, delete as appropriate).

In any high performance areas such as sports, business, the arts, there will usually be a support team in the background creating and enabling a high-performance environment – a ‘hidden’ team of coaches, parents, spouses, teachers…

We want to shine a spotlight on this team and their culture, ILLUMINATING their approach to progress, performance and above all their IMPACT.

Welcome to “ILLUMINATING IMPACT”, our regular blog showcasing and sharing approaches across different areas.

By understanding these unique challenges- the more obscure and varied the sources, the better – we can adapt and apply them within our own environments.  After all, collaboration and sharing knowledge is the key to agility, keeping things fun, interesting and maximising progress.
