Questline were approached by a FTSE 100 Engineering company to work in a global business Transformation programme. The programme had multiple threads and strands and was attempting to adopt an agile approach to delivery.
We adopted an agile approach where large perceived problems were broken into smaller, deliverables. We approached external partners who embraced this agile way of working and supported protoyping at the heart of the method.
The key principle was to create a distinctive way of working which all partners and internal teams could adopt and follow across the programme.

The delivery teams are constantly delivering value to the business areas and have since marked their 20th release across 2 years. This frequent delivery approach is being adopted across the programme and continues to evolve to ensure that current and future goals are accommodated.
